Veylo Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement that governs your access to and use of Veylo ("Veylo" or the "App"), operated by Appify Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Appify", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the App.
Veylo is an AI creation app that lets you generate images and videos from text prompts and from your own photos, including turning a photo into a short animated or dance video using AI models and templates.
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using Veylo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Veylo. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use Veylo only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use Veylo if you are legally barred from using the App or if your access has been suspended or terminated. Veylo is not directed to children and is not intended for the App Store Kids Category.
2. The Service
Veylo provides AI image and video generation tools. You can write a prompt, choose a photo, pick a template, and adjust settings, then submit your request for processing. The App may show active jobs, completed outputs, failed jobs, retry options, playback, sharing, and saving where available.
Generation may be queued, delayed, fail, or produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee that any output will match your expectations, be error-free, be available at all times, or be suitable for any specific use.
3. User Content and Permissions
"User Content" means prompts, photos, images, reference clips, templates you select, generation settings, generated images and videos, feedback, support messages, and other content you provide or create through Veylo.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to submit and process your User Content.
- You have permission from every identifiable person whose image, face, voice, likeness, or personal attributes appear in your User Content.
- You will not submit content involving minors unless you are the parent or legal guardian, or you have all legally required consent.
- Your User Content and use of generated output will not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contract, consumer protection, or other legal rights.
You retain the rights you have in your User Content. You grant Appify, its affiliates, and service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, modify, process, create derivative outputs from, and display your User Content solely as needed to operate, secure, support, provide, and improve Veylo and to comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Processing and Providers
Veylo uses third-party AI providers, including Wiro, to run the models that generate your output. When you start a generation, your prompt, selected photo or reference clip, chosen template, and related settings may be sent to Wiro and the underlying models it hosts so they can process your request and return the result.
AI systems may generate inaccurate, distorted, unexpected, or offensive output. You are responsible for reviewing generated images and videos before saving, publishing, or sharing them. You must not present AI-generated content in a way that deceives others, violates law, or infringes another person's rights.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Veylo to create, upload, generate, share, or attempt to create content that:
- Is illegal, exploitative, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or violent.
- Contains pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation, any sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Impersonates another person, creates deceptive "deepfakes," or misleads viewers about a person's actions, statements, or endorsement.
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, music rights, performer rights, or other third-party rights.
- Contains private, sensitive, health, financial, identity, or confidential information that you are not authorized to provide.
- Attempts to bypass content restrictions, security systems, rate limits, purchase systems, credits, or access controls.
- Disrupts or damages Veylo, our servers, third-party providers, or other users.
We may block, remove, disable, or refuse to generate content that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, provider requirements, or App Store requirements.
6. Content Standards, Moderation, and Reporting
Veylo has zero tolerance for objectionable, illegal, or abusive content. We use a combination of provider-level safety systems, automated controls, and manual review to filter prohibited content and to act on reports.
If you encounter content that you believe is objectionable, illegal, or infringes your rights, report it to [email protected]. We aim to review reports and remove violating content within 24 hours of a valid report, and we may suspend or permanently block users who submit or share such content. You may also stop using the App at any time.
7. Generated Content and Usage Rights
Subject to these Terms and any rights held by third parties, you may use images and videos that you lawfully create through Veylo for personal and social sharing purposes. For commercial use, advertising, influencer campaigns, paid media, music synchronization, brand use, or use involving another person's likeness, you are responsible for securing all required permissions, licenses, releases, and clearances.
We do not grant rights in any third-party content, music, brand, person, performer, athlete, celebrity, public figure, or protected work that may appear in your input or output. You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, download, save, or share generated content.
8. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Credits
Veylo may offer paid subscriptions, credits, or other in-app purchases. Purchases made in the iOS App are processed by Apple through the App Store. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription status, entitlement status, and credit balance. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Prices, subscription periods, credit amounts, and benefits are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by country, currency, tax, promotional offer, and App Store configuration.
9. History, Storage, and Availability
Generated images and videos are generally stored and shown in your history for up to 30 days. Expired outputs may be deleted automatically. You are responsible for saving or exporting the content you want to keep.
We may remove outputs, jobs, or access to content at any time if required by law, provider rules, security needs, storage limits, user safety, third-party rights, or these Terms.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information. By using Veylo, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services
Veylo integrates with or relies on third-party services, including Apple, RevenueCat, Wiro and its underlying AI model providers, cloud hosting, storage, media delivery, security, and support providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except where required by law.
12. Apple App Store — Additional Terms
The following terms apply if you obtained Veylo from the Apple App Store, and they form part of the EULA:
- Parties. These Terms are between you and Appify only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- License scope. The license granted for the App is a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Maintenance and support. Appify is solely responsible for support and maintenance of the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any support services for the App.
- Warranty. Appify is solely responsible for any product warranties. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
- Product claims. Appify, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
- Intellectual property. Appify is responsible for investigating and defending third-party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights.
- Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
- Developer contact. Questions, complaints, or claims about the App should be directed to [email protected].
13. Intellectual Property
Veylo, including its design, software, templates, branding, logos, graphics, copy, APIs, and other materials, is owned by Appify or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Veylo for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit Veylo except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
14. Copyright and Rights Complaints
If you believe content generated or used through Veylo infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] with enough detail for us to investigate, including your contact information, a description of the claimed rights, the content at issue, and a statement that you are authorized to act.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Veylo if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, misused credits or subscriptions, attempted fraud, abused the service, or if we need to comply with law, App Store rules, or provider requirements.
You may stop using Veylo at any time. Canceling a subscription must be done through your Apple ID subscription settings unless another purchase method is provided.
16. Disclaimers
Veylo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appify disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that Veylo will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, lawful for your intended use, or free from defects. AI output can be unpredictable and should be reviewed before use.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appify and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or related to Veylo or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Veylo or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Appify through Veylo during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Appify and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, generated content, violation of these Terms, misuse of Veylo, or violation of any law or third-party right.
19. Changes to Veylo or These Terms
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Veylo at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of Veylo after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding conflict of law rules, except where applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region require otherwise.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
