Veylo Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Appify Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Appify", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Veylo ("Veylo" or the "App").
Veylo is an AI creation app. It lets you generate images and videos from text prompts and from your own photos — including turning a photo into a short animated or dance video using AI models and templates.
By using Veylo, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the App.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Veylo app, our app backend at api-veylo.appifystudio.net, support communications, and related services that link to this policy. It does not apply to third-party websites, app stores, payment processors, or services that are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect

Veylo uses Apple's photo picker for selecting images where available. The App is designed to use only the image you select for generation, not to browse your entire photo library. If you choose to save a generated image or video, iOS may request permission to add media to your photo library.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- To generate images and videos from the prompts, photos, templates, and settings you choose.
- To queue, process, retry, display, save, share, and maintain generation jobs.
- To provide generation history, including active, completed, failed, and canceled jobs.
- To manage subscriptions, credits, entitlements, purchases, and purchase restoration.
- To personalize app language, templates, and the app experience.
- To provide customer support, troubleshoot bugs, prevent abuse, secure the service, and maintain reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use your prompts, selected photos, or generated content for third-party advertising, third-party marketing, biometric identification, or facial recognition. Veylo is not intended for identity verification, surveillance, or authentication.
4. AI Processing and Third-Party Service Providers
Veylo relies on service providers to operate the App. These providers may process information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, or improve Veylo.

When you submit a prompt or photo for generation, you give us permission to transmit that input and the related generation instructions to third-party AI providers, including Wiro, for the purpose of creating the output you requested. Third-party providers may process data in countries different from your own and handle it under their own terms and privacy policies.
The photos and videos you upload as generation input are transmitted to the AI provider only to produce the output you requested and are not retained by us after processing is complete. We do not use uploaded photos to create biometric templates, perform facial recognition, or identify individuals. Before any generation, the App asks you to give your explicit consent to this third-party AI processing.
Face Data
Because Veylo can generate content from a photo you upload (including a selfie), your input may contain your face. To make our handling of face data clear:
- Do we collect face data? Only as ordinary image input. You may upload a photo that contains your face so the AI can create the output you request. We do not extract facial geometry, create biometric templates, or run facial recognition, and we do not use face data to identify, authenticate, or track any individual.
- Where is it stored? Input photos are transmitted to our third-party AI provider (Wiro) to generate your output. They are not stored on our servers after processing. Generated outputs are stored temporarily on our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure.
- How long is it retained? Photos you upload as input are not retained after processing is complete. Generated outputs and generation history are kept for up to 30 days.
- Is it shared with third parties? Yes — only with the AI provider (Wiro AI and the models it hosts) and only to produce the output you requested. Face data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used for biometric identification.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region that requires a legal basis, we process personal data under one or more of the following bases:
- Contract: to provide Veylo, process generations, manage credits, and deliver subscription features.
- Consent: when you submit a prompt or photo, accept a generation notice, allow photo access, contact support, or choose optional settings.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent abuse, debug errors, improve reliability, and maintain business records.
- Legal obligations: to comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection, court, regulator, or App Store requirements.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Input you upload: The photos and videos you upload as input for a generation are used only to fulfil that generation request. They are sent to the AI provider to produce your output and are not retained by us after processing is complete.
Generated output and history: Generated images and videos and your generation history are generally retained for up to 30 days. Expired outputs may be deleted automatically. Some local history may also be stored on your device and can be cleared from the App where that option is available.
We may retain limited records for longer where necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, refund handling, dispute resolution, legal compliance, enforcing our terms, or maintaining backups. Support emails are retained as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and maintain support records.
You may request deletion of personal data by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Request a portable copy of certain data.
- Appeal or complain to a data protection authority where applicable.

You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. You can revoke photo library permissions in iOS Settings.
8. Sale, Sharing, and Tracking
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in Veylo, and we do not use your prompts, selected photos, or generated content for third-party advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent.
We may share personal data with service providers for app functionality, security, billing, support, and legal compliance as described in this policy.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. Veylo uses encrypted network connections, and the App may use certificate pinning for the Veylo API. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Transfers
We and our service providers may process and store information in the United States, Turkey, the European Union, or other countries where we or our providers operate. These countries may have privacy laws different from those in your location. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
11. Children and Minors
Veylo is not intended for children under 13 and is not directed to the App Store Kids Category. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your location, you may use Veylo only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Do not upload photos of minors unless you are the minor's parent or legal guardian, or you have all legally required rights and consents. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us without appropriate consent, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. User Responsibilities for Inputs and Generated Content
You are responsible for the prompts you write, the photos you upload, and the images and videos you create or share. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any person, face, image, likeness, trademark, logo, music, or other content included in your input or output. Do not use Veylo to impersonate, deceive, harass, exploit, defame, or violate the privacy or publicity rights of another person.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice in the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Veylo after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
